It is cheap feeling and looking but it does the job of a pleated skirt. there’s no pants on the inside. im a size 28 and i got a large and it fits good. rly not as short as everyone says.

cheap fabric but not see through. has to iron out the pleats to make it look nicer. no shorts on the inside. cute but pleats are big so i feel like i look bigger lmao
